management team at Utah Imaging Associates has over 80 years of combined healthcare experience. They work
hand in hand with the radiologists to ensure that our referring physicians and their patients are
receiving the highest level of quality and care.

For over a decade, Mr. Palmer has been a leader in many areas of the healthcare delivery system. He has excelled in many diverse roles ranging from complex contract negotiations for both payers and physicians, contracted provider network management, hospital based department and project management to specialized consulting. Through these varied experiences, he has developed an in-depth expertise in both the operational and financial processes that enable the highest quality of healthcare to be delivered to the patient.

Mr. Lowry’s background is in Medical Imaging. In his 11 plus years of experience in many areas of imaging he developed a deep concern for the patient as an individual, and an understanding of the importance and immediacy of their diagnosis. Originally hired as a CT technologist by Utah Imaging in 2003; he has transitioned to the world of PACS and IT assuring the effective and efficient delivery of images and reports to our radiologists, referring physicians, and patients.
