For over a decade, Mr. Palmer has been a leader in many areas of the healthcare delivery system. He has excelled in many diverse roles ranging from complex contract negotiations for both payers and physicians, contracted provider network management, hospital based department and project management to specialized consulting. Through these varied experiences, he has developed an in-depth expertise in both the operational and financial processes that enable the highest quality of healthcare to be delivered to the patient.

Mr. Huggins has been involved in the delivery of radiology services for the past 32 years. He was instrumental in bringing the first CT and MRI scanner to the state of Utah, and was responsible for the successful development and operation of 9 freestanding imaging centers. Greig oversees the efficiency of our IT services working closely with physicians and office staffs to better understand their work components and existing technology so solutions can be reached that elevate patient care and meet their individual needs.

In her role as project manager for Utah Imaging Associates, Amie is responsible for strategic marketing planning and streamlining workflow and operational processes. She has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong concentration in hospital based radiology. Ms. Hughes graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in Economics.
